What is Freeletics?
Freeletics is a sport in which high-intensity workouts are given. No weights or equipment are needed for this because the exercises are carried out exclusively with your own body weight. They are always executed as fast as possible and take on average only 5-45 min. The workout times are used to measure your own performance and progress and to compare yourself with others. The high intensity should lead to impressive results despite significantly reduced training time.
Suitable for freeletics are gyms, gyms, outdoor playgrounds and the like. Most workouts can also be done from home. Most exercises do not require equipment, some require a pull-up bar, a running track or a simple wall. If you do not want to do the exercises alone, you can also get together in groups.
How does Freeletics work?

MAX: Here, individual exercises are repeated as often as possible in a given time. Scale is the number of repetitions.
